By checking below, you are entering into a legal agreement to pay the $185.00 standard fee for my services. It is the equivalent to your signature.

I agree to pay the $185.00 fee for stying services provided by Jake Egan OHara. Any further or additional payment amount will be arranged through private negotiation and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
